There is 3 reasons this drawing fails the sword on his waste the handle is to think for him to fight with using a quick draw stance and that would be for a samurai the 2nd is the sword shouldnt be that big it should be a sword called a parry blade which is a lot shorter than an actual kantana and 3rd his pants there is to much restriction on his legs he'd be dead in a instance make the connection to the legging higher then ur good on that part

It's a good drawing, but i don't really see a ninja. If you said a warrior or something like that with heavy swords, allright. But ninja's have to be quick and agile. With such a sword, i would love to see him run over a roof and fall right off.
