Description
The season finale for Flash is tomorrow, so I whipped up a couple of phone wallpapers based off of some of the Flash's rogues. I did my best to make the phone wallpapers based off of the CW versions of the characters, but some of them *cough* Weather Wizard *cough* didn't really have a costume or a logo (Also Heatwave's problem).From left to right they are: Captain Boomerang, Heatwave, Captain Cold, Trickster, and Weather Wizard.
If you like these, you can download them from an imgur album here . These were designed for the Samsung Galaxy S4 (Lollipop). These may work for other phones, but your mileage may vary.
