Painter 6, the face and yellow jacket I used the Watercolour tool (Simple Water, 1% Grain, roughly 7-12% opacity) Splatter water (opacity varies, size too) , the Impressionist (any opacity and size) for the blue jacket, and then the Glow tool to highlight the sunglasses and jacket. ^^
