Hit the off button on her forehead. Easy. Preferably with brick. From the top floor. When she looks up. Home Alone 2 tactics.

If I remember correctly, that 'Off Button' is actually an Inhibitor Artificial Intelligence to keep her in line. If that goes offline, she'll go berserk.

Which is why we want distance, just in case throwing bricks at a cyborgs head turns out to be a bad idea.

More than 5 floors, cram as many warm bodies between you and her, and have a zip line to a car that's gassed up and ready to take off to the nearest airpor where a private jet is waiting on the runway prepared. C4 in the building is optional, you sociopath. For shame!

That it would. Side note: Warm bodies can be livestock, I'm going with pigs, the thought of a berserk cyborg barging in and tripping over one mid cry of rage seems amusing for some reason, and two, throwing in fireworks with the explosion along with a certain musical score that goes well with that kind of thing would add to the entertainment and drama, as would playing the Benny Hill theme song while driving away for comedic value.Β

If I can pull off "Before you kill me, may I just say, I am deeply sorry, and I hope you feel that apology carries as much weight as a ton of bricks." as inspired by Roger Rabbit, then I should be able to have a fighting chance. Best bet would be have this pre recorded, set to play as she tears throw the door to the third floor, and that brief moment of hesitation as she destroys a cardboard cut out would be the tripwire being sprung to drop the literal ton. Also, as someone who has played Far Cry 3, Dangan Ronpa 2, watched Total Drama, Cloud Atlas, and has a vague idea of what Lost was about, I vote we make the stay brief. (I'm trying to say islands appear to be the home for total despair. Also, hijinks, hallucinations, and colourful characters, but mostly despair.)

Underwater monsters always seemd more dangerous to me. Might have to do with them being in their natural environment and I don't even want to know what's lurking in that dark pool of water over there.
Okay, you be the high tech traps, destructive weaponry, and creating sentient killing machines genius, I'll be the making due with whatever's handy, inserting an ungodly amount of flare, and pumping-our-target-so-full-of-hallucinogenic-drugs-made-from-the-islands-flora-her-toe-nails-set-off-sniffer-dogs-for-years-to-come expert. We'll split the role of contingency planner 50/50, and a dartboard will be our way of determining the target of the day.
Large amount of my contingency will depend if she was sentient enough before and during her berserk behaviour to recognize the guilty parties, and if she was taken down by whatever or whoever had the power to do so. With luck, fatally. Without, she has gained an ally to relate her tale of woe and we have two powerhouses on the prowl. If that's the case, doom fortresses, weather shields, and uber-level henchpeople are at an all time bargain price. We order now, we get our choice of brute force or expert weapon user for second in command.

"And that was how I met your uncle Python."
"The acts that followed began a cycle of tyranny and despair so brutal, even Gogo called it, and I quote, "a little much.""
"You're like Doctor Doom while I'm the Hobgoblin except I'm old and out of shape and whooooooaaa, now I'm depressed."
"insert evil version of a Disney song playing over pan out shot of approaching target."
Thus ends a wonderful deviant chat. Thank you, this was fun. Same theme next VanHeist pic?

If I may critique the weapon displayed on her right hand? It looks very intimidating, but in terms of an actual weapon it has a few design flaws you may or may not care about. If you do go ahead and read on, if not ignore me and my OCD ramblings.
Firstly, those electrode attachments. Now I see a kind of curve on the end of them so I could make the assumption that they are in fact secondary blades to the main one in the center. If that's the case it would make this weapon much more versatile than if they were simply there to produce electricity. If they aren't blades however it will seriously hinder the weapon's capabilities in both slashing and piercing damage.
In terms of slashing the weapon will be fine if the electrodes are in fact blades. If they are not then the only bladed weapon on the fist is the one in the center and it's slashing power would stop as soon as those electrodes hit the body. You'd only have about 2 inches of slashing capability before those electrodes would stop the blade from going any deeper.
That same problem translates over to piercing damage. As soon as the electrodes hit the body they'd stop the center blade from going any deeper (assuming they're not bladed). In addition to this the center blade is far thicker than what would be desirable for a piercing weapon. In general terms the thinner a blade is without sacrificing it's structural integrity the better it is at piercing. Basically that blade is going to become harder and harder to push into an opponent as the blade gets wider. And if the goal is to pierce through a chink in an opponents armor then you want as thin of a blade as you can manage so you can wiggle that point is as far as you possibly can, otherwise you might not get another shot at the attack.
Lastly is the hand guard. Not a terrible idea on it's own and it has some weight behind it. If this girl is going to be punching somebody's face in it would behoove her to have something protecting her punching hand. However that may not necessarily be a good thing if you restrict her punching hand's range of motion right from the get go. If you look at the design you have drawn up her hand is forced into a fist the second she puts that weapon on. That is a HUGE hindrance in any kind of close combat fight. Your hands are by far the most versatile tool you will ever find on this green earth, and restricting what you can do with them might just be a death sentence in it's own right.
Imagine if you will a scenario where she's using this weapon. If somehow her enemy gets in too close and she can no longer grasp with her right hand (presumably her dominant hand at that), she looses a plethora of options she would otherwise have. Grabbing her opponent, grabbing another weapon, grabbing her opponent's weapon, gouging out her opponent's eye with her thumb, just to name a few. Even if those aren't the best options at the moment it's never a good idea to give yourself less options in a fight.
If you wished to fix this the easiest way would be to make that hand guard segmented so that it could flex with her fingers. It might sacrifice some of the protective power of the guard, but her hand looks plenty tough as it is so I don't think you'd need much more than that.
Or you could read all of this, take it into consideration, then have her fight with the weapon as is anyway. That way she can learn of it's technical flaws first hand when she actually needs to use the damn thing. Maybe cause her to fail and go through a bit of character growth? Come back for round two with a new and improved stabby arm? Maybe?
Or you could ignore all of this and keep it anyway because it looks cool. You're the artist, I'm just a guy who thinks too much.

Wow. HUGE barrage there, but a thoughtful one.
Given that she's wrapped for limited use of fingers in the first place (looks strapped and padded for kickboxing-type bloodsport), the lack of use of her fingers on her right hand is less of a concern.
But as far as the weaponized part of the arm goes, very good points. If, as you say, the electrode attachments are in fact blades along with the central piece (or sturdy enough to slash and perforate), the weapon has some use as a slashing and puncturing weapon. If the two side elements (or all three points) are retractable as well, that would make even more sense, allowing the knuckle portion to deliver a great deal of blunt force while preserving the option of a literal "stun attack" with the electrified element, or a 1 to 3 pronged hack and slash with all the above (assuming the central spike and the 2 side blades retract or extend independently)
I'd agree that a thinner blade would be better at piercing, but given that it has the look of a 3-sided spike, it's possible that its purpose is less about piercing or pinpoint strikes and more about hard trauma. Punch, rip, twist, pull, repeat as needed.
Add to that the outer shielding of the forearm piece, and it's a balanced offensive/defensive weapon that, depending on its overall weight, at least offers some pros along with the cons of having a basically inarticulate hand. It's still a limited weapon that could stand to be modified to have any use outside of whatever gladiatorial combat she appears to be engaging in.
thanks!

I guess cyborgs can get away with enough steroids and bio enhancing surgeries to skip the hours at the gym requisite to have a washboard like that.
