Story :

With their main competition considered dead, the corrupt company would sell their cure to the elite while poisoning millions, some of them turning into rabid monsters, but the doctor would rise again, with a new identity, using of arcane and scientific knowledge to pursue a quest of revenge against the corrupt and mercy for those aflicted by them, like a crow feeding on a corpse, he would cleanse the country of their rot and like a crow he would steal from their production in order to supply his operations.

Scientist and Sorcerer, medic and murderer, the crow makes field trips out of his HQ to capture feral aflicted that were corrupted by radioactive or supernatural energy or were infected with some kind of disease, he also steals supply and fight or spy on his foes, when he is on his base he acts as a scholar researching information about the lands, he also make medic procedures and produces a wide range of potions, bavarages and other liquid products that he sells with a different princing depending on the type of person the buyer is.

A crow as a symbol can be seem as multiple good or bad things depending on the region and culture you ask about, he might be a symbol of cure,luck and wizdom and creation but it can also mean corruption, disease, misfortune and death. Depending on the activity he is developing at the moment, so the point of view of him has a massive variation depending on the person you ask. Here the doctor is seem traveling with two captured females inflicted with a radiactive mutation and a vampiric curse, he takes individuals like those to test and develop cures for those who are in initial stages of the contagion, it is cruel, but there are not many options in the dangerous world.

The Crow is heavily based on the healer-esque classes from different types RPGs and MOBAs, he is a scholar and also a explorer, he makes expeditions around the ravaged world to find materials and Knowledge that grants him oportunity and power in places many would rather avoid, in order to help or atack those he so desire. he is based on a multitude of characters, but you could say he is a sort of "dark robin-hood" someone who steals from those who have much to give to these who have little, but instead of money it is health.
