Description
The Termination Shock could've been the end, the rising seas and searing heatwaves could've finished off humanity, or the legions of insane raiders, warlords, or Fascists could have been the final bullet. The 21st century's end was filled with potentials, all of which held the same power to finally throw humanity into an abyss sealed by the greed and hatred of Capitalism. It could've ended right then and there, Earth earning the status of tomb world.

But it didn't, and so the Khuraldai rose.

We aren't a utopia, we aren't a savior from some long forgotten prophecy, or a superhero here to save the day and maintain the status quo, but we are here. We bring those who want to try and build a better tomorrow together, we open our arms to anyone and everyone, and we don't seek conquest. Too many lives have been lost by self-appointed saviors who try to bring the world's ashes under their fold, too much land and ocean has been destroyed by vain attempts at an "end of history", and too much time has been wasted trying to maintain inherently damaging systems and the policies that keep those in power seated.

We are people, we are humans, we make no attempt to move beyond such titles. We grew sick and tired of all the pain and suffering, and decided to get up from the dirt and make things right. We don't want to take the world by force, we want to heal it, and show people that they do not have to suffer. We heal the oceans, replant the forests, and make technology that improves lives instead of degrading them.

We are not a utopia, but we will make things better, that is our promise.
