The dead continent of Europe is split between Capitol and Kaiser, someone from long ago would chuckle at the situation, but in Kaiser controlled eastern Europe, no one is chuckles. Megafactories churn out anything ranging from weapons of war to cheap robotic labour, the mutant German population slaves to their machines while a dark upper class drinks the blood of their labours, sometimes literally. Kaiser industries is hated by billions on Earth, and so long as it exists, Europe will never be safe.. . .
