Well, id assume that her belly wouldnt be able to retain a perfect round shape at that size. So, more realistic in a way.

but then again, her belly would be under extreme pressure, so if anything, it would be even more rigid; this coming from what I know of pregnant women's bellies. Admittedly,isn't as interesting as what you have come up with.
