After the revolution he rised, despite the fact that Sans became the king, Papyrus received all public power. He likes the attention he gets from the people, but at the same time he strives for the greatest productivity. He makes daily rounds of the entire Underground, watching his subjects and motivating them to great achievements. At the first meeting with Frisk, he considered her/him to be a monster and buried her along with the Vegetoid, but she/he miraculously managed to survive.
