Hey, I agree with you. I've owned two Border Collie's over the years. One was a delight, and the other was a moron who couldn't have stayed in a line if you'd tied her there lol. We loved her all the same, but yeah, no matter the breed, dogs require a bit of training to get them to obey. They all have different personalities after all.
