i loVED READING NEIL GAIMAN'S NORSE MYTHOLOGY AND THIS IS WHAT THIS PROJECT IS FOR
tldr: for LA i chose to make an alternate book cover and the book i chose was neil gaiman's norse mythology and i absolutely love that cover so much i just really didnt want to do the other art option.

i mean, it doesn't look horrible? i found a quick and easy way to do gold (which id spend more time to make it look better but i really needed to get this project done). also i don't normally do things like this?
the sky looks great ngl

im kinda proud of it, but not really? halfway through i didn't like the concept that much (i still wanted to draw yggdrasil but not in this way) but i had already spent so much effort on it so i decided to settle. i really wanted to add a little bit of water in here but obviously i couldnt.

also why are tree leaves so hard?
