THIS WAS MY FAVORITE SCENE FROM THE MOVIE! when i bought it i rewinded at least 5 times i couldn't get over how perfect this scene was

Philip was also my favorite character in the movie. I believe the reason that Syrena saw that Philip was different was because Philip was a shining example of how Christians should behave.

love it! my friends and I came up with our own idea of what could happen to them, well, mostly to Phillip; he'd end up looking a bit like a human raisin, from being under water and Syrena would have to re-animate him, because, humans can't breathe under water.

yes it was kind of unclear what happened to him, but mermaids can save you from drowning with a kiss so i just keep telling myself that she saved him from drowning and they went to a nice little island and have lots of baby's and stuff.

I've finally seen the movie and I freakin' love these two! First, he took off his shirt and I was like *drool* then he gave it to her and I was like *swoon* and she was just really confused. They make me happy and I kinda might love them more than Will and Liz
Rest of the movie was meh, but these two...LOVE
And remember, the kiss of a mermaid prevents you from drowning
