I'm hoping to start writing Emily's Story again so I'm trying to get some more characters and I've decided to get this one. This is Breeze. She's a shiny suicune eevee. I like how the picture turned out but I kinda think there's too much mist/fog. I didn't draw it. I actually requested a shiny suicune eevee from ReinFalling and they drew it for me. Then I downloaded it and then I pasted it into photoshop CS. After that I made the background and it was finished. It was so hard to get the fog/mist to a good spot.
