Chapter 6

I woke up and looked around. (It's soon going to be my time to escape.) I thought. Jolteon came in.

"Hey, Lillit," he said.

"Hi," I said putting on a fake smile even though I was hurting inside.

"What's wrong?" Asked Jolteon.

"It's that easy to tell," I said. He nodded.

"In your eyes," he said. "So, what is it?"

"If you noticed someone didn't come out with me a few weeks back and I'm still getting over it," I said.

"I saw. It's your trainer, Amy. She's gone," said Jolteon. I nodded with tears filling my eyes. He walked over and let me put my head on his shoulder. I cried.

"It's okay. You're lucky that you made it out. It was probably what she wanted," said Jolteon.

"Y-yes," I said. "She got stuck protecting me from the fallen celling. The smoke and pain got to her a-and then she was gone. Told me to go before I was trapped and died."

"It was her mission to protect you as your trainer I mean. She acted like almost any trainer would've for their pokemon," said Jolteon.

"I guess you're right. She really was a nice trainer. We were a good team," I said.

"Yeah. You worked together well," said Jolteon. I lifted the head off his shoulder and stepped back a bit. He whipped away my tears.

"Thanks," I said.

"You're welcome. It's what I could do," said Jolteon. I smiled at him and he smiled back.

"I'm sorry to say this but we have to go train," said Jolteon.

"It's okay," I said. We went and trained together.

 That night...

I sat on my bed and looked outside. (I guess Jolteon isn't as bad as I thought.) I thought. Then, I fell asleep.

A few days later...

I had been training with Jolteon for the last few days. Right now I was just in my room. Jolteon came in.

"Today isn't going to be training, Lillit. I have to take you somewhere," said Jolteon.

"It's okay," I said. We walked down the hall and we went into a room with a few Team R members. In there was a Kirlia. Jolteon and I walked over to her.

"You know where to take us," said Jolteon. Kirlia nodded.

"Stay near me," she said. Jolteon and I stepped a bit closer. Then, we all glowed white and teleported. We were teleported into a hall.

"Thanks Kirlia," said Jolteon. Kirlia nodded and left. We walked down the hall and into a room. There was a person in the room and some sort of contraption.

"You're Lillit I'm guessing," he said. I nodded.

"Go into this tube," he said. I obeyed and went into the glass tube that looked like it had small breathing holes.

"Crouch and close your eyes," he said. I crouched and closed my eyes. Something came on top of my head and a picture flashed through my mind. Then, I was in the burning team rocket building. Amy was with me. I heard a noise and Amy was crushed once again. She died and I cried. I looked and saw two glowing red eyes. Then, the flames around got closer and closer until they enveloped me. I cried in pain and I was suddenly in a dark forest. Shadows that looked like pokemon ran around. I was hit by an attack and heard a scream. (What was that?) I thought. I ran toward the direction it came from and was instantly teleported. Now I was in a cave with no way out but a hole in the celling.

"Lillit," said a voice. I looked and saw Brigit lying on the floor bruised and a beat up.

"Who did this?" I asked.

"I don't know. But goodbye Lillit," she said.

"No. No!" I cried. She stopped moving. That was when I was teleported again. I was in a place of only darkness. There was evil laugh that sent a chill up my spine. I turned around and was sent flying. The laughing continued.

"Weak," a voice whispered before I was teleported. I was outside again but I couldn't move. Then, I head a crash and I jumped. I looked up. There was a storm. Lighting flashed and thunder boomed. I covered my ears and crouched. (Stop it. Just stop.) I thought. Then, I heard a gunshot and a cry I knew. I cried and I blacked out.
