Lillit's story
Chapters 9 and 10
I walked back to the clan with the vulpix, purloin, and togetic. They kept an eye on me just to make sure I wasn't going to pull anything. We made it to the camp. The pokemon there looked at me and I could faintly hear whispers. I recognized the warrior den and the medicine pokemon den. Then, we made it in front of the leaders area. There was the tunnel to get in.
"I'll be right back," said the vulpix. He went in and in a few I saw him walk out with a Gardevoir. The togetic and the purloin stepped away.
"Gardevoir, this is the eevee we ran into. She was in a tree on the border and wanted to join our clan," said the vulpix. The Gardevoir looked at me.
"I said I'de tell you how I found this place if you took me her. Now you have so I might as well tell you."
The vulpix nodded.
"Go on ahead then. What's your name?" Asked Gardevoir.
"My name's Lillit. I'm not talking about my past as it isn't important. But I'm not here to harm you though. Getting to the point. I've talked to a pokemon in my dreams that you should know. Her name was Emily. She's been talking to me and showed me the way here. Emily told me I should come here so I did," I answered.
"I remember Emily and her family. They were taken down by the dark forest members on the way back. Emily was a good clan pokemon. She thought of others before herself," said Gardevoir.
"The two if us were friends with them when they first came to the area on accedent," said the purrloin looking at the vulpix. He nodded.
"She was a great a clan member," said the vulpix.
"Yes she was. Keeran, would you please show Lillit around? Just like I did with Emily's family I will watch you until I think your worthy of being a clan member," said Gardevoir.
"Yeah. I can do that," said Keeran, the vulpix. Gardevoir went into her den. Togetic left after that.
"I already know the camp because Emily showed it to me," I said. I pointed to each and told them what it was.
"I see. You named them correctly. I guess I can introduce you to everyone," said Keeran. "If Gardevoir thinks you're trustworthy she may give you an apprentice and a warrior name."
"That'd be cool," I said.
"I remember when I was an apprentice to Keeran. Emily and her family had just joined when I was a few moons in training," said the purrloin.
"Yeah. That's true Sabre," said Keeran. "You and Audre were good friends." Sabre nodded.
"Since you know the camp I'll just introduce you to everyone," said Keeran.
"Okay," I said. We walked into the warriors den. There was a ninetails, a furret, a delcatty, a luxio, and a snivy.
"Hi Keeran," said the female ninetails. "Who is this you have brought?"
"This is Lillit. She is going to be with us and Gardevoir might give her a warrior name to be a full member," said Keeran.
"That's great. It's always good to have new members," said the ninetails. Keeran nodded and we walked outside. Then, we went into the apprentice den. A few pokemon were in there. There was a shinx, a aipom, and a pachiresu. They all looked at us.
"Who's this?" Asked the shinx.
"This is Lillit. She might be able to join our clan and have a warrior name like the rest of you will," answered Keeran.
"Cool," said shinx.
"Okay. Well, we have to get going. Bye," said Keeran. I waved bye to them and they said bye back as we left. Next, we went into the nursery.
There was a luxio, a ambipom, and a meinshao. Beside then were eggs and small pokemon still growing. Then, I noticed something out of the corner of my eye. It was a small eevee.
"Hello Keeran. Who is this you've brought?" Asked the meinshao.
"This is-" he started before the eevee ran over to me.
"Mom," she said. I looked at her and the others looked at me. Keeran walked over.
"Her mom did look like you. I can see why she'd say that," said the luxio. The other two nodded. I sat down and the eevee smiled at me.
"Mom, where is dad?" She asked.
"I'm sorry but I don't know," I answered. I looked at Keeran and the others.
"He's gone to somewhere that he can be with his friends forever," said the luxio. (A way to tell a young clan member that their parent has gone to StarClan.)
"Really," said the eevee.
"Yes Lilly. He has," said the ambipom.
"Lilly is your name?" I asked her.
"Of course mom. Don't you know my name? You're being silly," said Lilly. I smiled at her. The others were still looking at the two of us. Lilly curled up beside me and fell asleep.
"Lilliy really is a nice child. Unfortunately, she lost both of her parents about a week ago. They died in a battle with DarkClan over territory," said the luxio sadly. Keeran nodded.
"I guess since you look like her mom she thought you were. She's still only five moons old. One more and she'll be an apprentice. If you can gain Gardevoirs trust by then she might let you apprentice her. You could always talk to the deputy if he's around," said the meinshao.
"She's getting close to you fast. But she'll need to learn that her mom is gone. Though, it may not be a bad thing if she thinks you're her mother. You'd be able to visit her and everything," said the ambipom.
"Is it okay?" I asked Keeran.
"I guess. The little one would be heartbroken if she knew you weren't her mother," said Keeran. I nodded, wrapped my tail around the eevee, and I licked her once before leaving.
"Goodbye," I whispered.
"Bye and my name's Lillit," I said quietly before Keeran and I left the nursery.
"Finally we can go to the medicine pokemon den. I hope Lea is okay," said Keeran.
"Lea?" I asked.
"She was Flower's apprentice after Audre. Lea was amazed by Flower and Audre's work with medicine. She hoped to be his apprentice when Flower retired to the elders den. But Audre died while she was still in the nursery," answered Keeran.
"Oh, okay," I answered. We went into the medicine pokemon den.
"Lea," said Keeran.
"Just a second," said a voice. Then, a vulpix came out.
"Sorry if we're disturbing you," said Keeran.
"No you're not. You're fine. Who's this with you?" She asked.
"This is Lillit. I'm just showing her around and introducing her to everyone. You're our last stop," said Keeran.
"Okay. Nice to meet you I'm Alana," said the vulpix.
"Nice meeting you. I'm Lillit as you know. Gardevoir might let me join the clan if she thinks I'm worthy," I said.
"Well, good luck. I hope she accepts you. You seem like a good pokemon," said Alana.
"Oh, yeah, Alana. Lilliy, the eevee in the nursery thinks Lillit is her mom," said Keeran.
"She does?" Asked Alana. I nodded.
"Yeah. She asked me about her father and everything," I said.
"It may not be a bad thing I'd Lillit helped her. She is only five moons old. Lilly will learn eventually. But it may not be a bad idea for now," said Keeran.
"You can do that. It could help her stop her worrying if she thinks one of her parents are still alive. She won't be without a parent or a supporter. Make sure to let her know the truth when the time is right," said Alana.
"Okay. Thank you Alana. Bye," I said before Keeran and I left.
"It's getting late. We should go to the Warriors Den and get some rest," said Keeran.
"Okay," I said before we went to the Warriors den and I slept in my moss and grass bed.
