The next morning me and many others walked away from my parents. The fire was gone by then.
"Tigerkit are you okay?" asked asked sister,Streamfur.
"Yeah. I'm fine." I said blinking tears from I eyes.
"I know this is going to be hard for you but you'll be okay with Dirtfur and me to watch over you," she said. Then, she licked his fur the way my mom, Leaffur, had done it. I purred quietly and smiled. Streamfur stopped and looked at me. Then, my brother, Dirtclaw, came over. He licked me once. (At least they're both okay.) I thought releaved. But I sensed something wasn't right. I ignored it for now. But looked as Streamfur glared at Dirtfur. While my brother and sister went out hunting I had to stay with the other kits. A different queen looked after me each day. When my brother and sister got back they looked after me and while they were in training I stayed with the other kits again. That night I woke up. I sensed something was wrong, very wrong. (Something definitely isn't right.) I thought. I snuck out of the nursery. The night sky was pitch black. Then, a claw scratched my face.
