Originally, this was going to be a reply to MaxnartC0 asking about his weaknesses but I mis read it for Fears so we have this now instead.

when it comes to his fears, it's PEOPLE, more specifically Heavy and Engie for them looking down on him at what he has become as a person. His ego is still frail and the memories of his former allies haunt his deepest memories of what they would think of him to this day.

I will still answer the question though for you Max. Besides the obvious 'shoot in head' a more specific weakness is things more electric based and water based.
but as stated with his fears, bringing his former allies into the picture somehow could make him less of a threat to you depending on the circumstances.
