She's back finally, my poor Eastern Derg

She mostly got a color palette update, nothing else really changed otherwise.

She's still Emma's foreign correspondent, and best friend. She's still a storm thunder Dragon using martial art and technique her people used. She got full control of her clouds if she's not disturbed.
And yes she still should be naked under, but like her lore said, she got an accident which now make her wear the minimum at least under those clouds.

Anyway, still a strong design and hopefully won't wait another year for a drawing! XD
