Modulok is the mad scientist for the Horde. He is responsible for creating the soldiers the Horde uses in its campaigns. Whenever a planet is invaded all types of life are brought to him for "study". From here experiments are performed to get attributes for building better soldiers. He only really gets along with Entrapta. Together they push the boundaries of what can be made between biology and technology.
