Bill from Doctor Who!
I drew this for Pearl Mackie because she was scheduled to be at Gallifrey One in 2019 and I'd managed to snag a ticket to Gally last minute, but then she ended up having to cancel her appearance at the con due to a work conflict. Luckily, the stars aligned briefly THIS year and I was able to meet her and have this piece signed. She was absolutely lovely in person and very sweet about the portrait.
