Man, I need to buy the Anima rulebook.
I'm all about various RPG systems.
Is it D20 based, out of curiosity? I'm looking into it now.

Ginny-N In reply to Sepha [2006-12-05 06:09:56 +0000 UTC]
Nope. It's D100 based... It's a really cool enviroment, if you ask me ^^!

Ginny-N In reply to fluffykittenears [2006-12-06 00:23:31 +0000 UTC]
Nope, it's not. It's using a D100, and the Enviroment is really, really cool ^^!

Ginny-N In reply to Ginny-N [2006-12-10 18:41:38 +0000 UTC]
It's a bit complicated, but not really...
When you attack, You throw the D100 and the Oponent throw another D100 too. You compare the differences in a table and you look the %% of damage you did. If you won, You calculate the %% of your base damage and this the damage you did. If the opponent won, using the table it's calculated if he has a counterattack. And then, the process start again.
I recomend you buy the book, because will be come soon in English. For the moment it's only in Spanish...

Holy freaking crap! I don't often hear about games with a D100, normally its a D20. Can you explain briefly (if possible) about how the game requires a D100? I just imagine this really beautiful, but horrendously complicated game.

Thanks for the explanation. Unfortunately I don't speak Spanish, but if the idea really tempts me later on, I'll probably head on over there and order a copy, when hopefully it's in English.
