D'oh, the face looks even more pink on this computer...arrgg...
The silver was kind of tough to do, it could have been the background color...or something else, I dont know
I'm still not 100% satisfied with it, but I dont know how to make it better at this time. So I left it like this.
I like the silver look of the blade the most. =]

I'm glad to see she has a FULL armour ! Many times, draftsmen draw the women with a very light outfit. They don't understand it is not very useful at war. -_-

This is probably my second-favourite work in your gallery. I think the armour is perfect and the sword is perfect. There's no unnecessary decoration or floweriness, just steel. And I think the face is masculine enough, even with the sort of characteristic blush to be the type of woman who plays these sorts of roles: woman who wants to be on the front of the battlefield in a time when it's not acceptable. In addition, great hair. Lovely stuff.

Hey, looks great, I really like the armor design. You also did a good job rendering the character. Like you said, the face is quite a bit too pink, even for the pinkest-faced people. Your background doesn't really seem to jell with the character- the character looks almost cartoony, while the background looks very rendered. It just looks kind of thrown in. Also, your lighting doesn't quite match teh shaodw on the ground, and you also don't have any very dark value to represent the core shadow at the bottom of her feet.
Very nice job, the armor looks very intricate. There's some elements I really like, especially on the torso.

This reminds me a lot of Kellen (who is a guy, and im not trying to insult any1 or anything) from the book cover of The Outstretched Shadow of the Obsidian Trilogy. this mostly reminds me of it because of the elaborate green cloth.
