Gorgeous, love the way you did his feature. Always pictured him more in his angelic form than his demon form, but this definitely is a great depiction of the prince of hell him self as well as the angel of light. great job.

Read the last line of "Cherubim" in that very same link you posted. I honestly don't care what random people have to say about Lucifer. Lucifer being a Seraph is entirely opinion with no evidence, let alone facts. The Bible never teaches it. That conclusion is entirely assumption most likely made by Catholic legalists.
I think I'll stick with what the Bible actually says.

Ezekiel describes the cherubim as a tetrad of living creatures, each having four faces: of a lion, an ox, an eagle, and a man. They are said to have the stature and hands of a man, the feet of a calf, and four wings. Two of the wings extended upward, meeting above and sustaining the throne of God; while the other two stretched downward and covered the creatures themselves.
Thats a cherub and Lucifer does not, nor has he ever had for heads, he was a seriphim, highest order of angel

First of all, the Seraph is NOT the highest order of angel. The highest would be the Arc Angel (Michael, who is suggested to be the commander of the angelic army). I know there are many books out there (outside of the Bible) that try to make stuff up by saying there are exactly 9 orders of angel and the Seraph is the top or whatever, that's all made up. There isn't enough Biblical evidence to say the Seraph is the highest order.
Secondly, In Ezekiel 28:14, speaking of Lucifer it says, "You were the anointed Cherub." Sounds like a Cherubim to me.

I'm sorry, I didn't know just because the Bible does not tell us every detail about Lucifer's physical appearance means I'm wrong and you're right. Since the Bible does not tell us that Lucifer looks EXACTLY like that one Cherub that Ezekiel saw MUST mean he is a Seraph! Of course!

You're right it does mean that. It comes from "lux" - light, "ferre" - bringer. Also stands for Morning Star, seeing as that was the position he held in Heaven before his Fall.

ok i swear that the irony in this picture wasnt really intended but i swear if you can nowtice it then its just to perfect to ignore. lucifer was considered to be gods most favorite angel and on top of that he was said to be the most gorgeous of them all. well i can't help but say that your rendition of lucifer is by far the most gorgeous angel i have ever laid my eyes on whether it be fallen or not.
