Well, yes.
Zeruel means 'Arm of God' and the name sounds a bit similar to Zavael. He is the 'Angel of Might', a warrior-angel representing pure strength and is connected to the element Fire. If I was to present him on a picture, I'd steal your Zavael design ;-> perhaps with more reddish tones.
Plays a magnificent part in Shin Seiki Evangelion as the 'cow-warrior'
