this was a demon concept which i liked and finished. he was not designed after a demon from any books like the previous ones.

It's amazing how you think up all these different demons and their clothing, they all look very unique. I wish I could think of concepts like that for my characters.

how how how how how how can you do it!?! the detail in it, it must take forever! and the color, how in the world can you get it to do that!? i however will never be able to such work... 1) lazy and 2) i'm not that smart to figure out the photoshop i have to do that, although i wish i could cause i think it would make my stuff not look so sucky -_-' any way good work i must study how you can color stuff more realistically with all the layers and what not, good luck with all your stuff and the new job and what not

Aw, he's gots hearts along his chest, LOL. And spades along his hips. And if you squint and look to the left a bit, it looks like he has clubs on his shoulder panzer and diamonds behind his neck.

I really like this guy: his ivory-like armor, his leathery wings, and his expression, haircut, pants...
The detail is, as usual, amazing.
I am wondering though, how does he move his elbow? It seems encased in armor.

i finally thought of the word i was looking for "body DEFINITION" when i was earlier critiquing your stuff. now that i have the word in mind, this guy's body definately has more definition around the stomach area and what not. you have the faces down well and the concept on noeses that noses only exist by the shadow they create. if that makes any sense. *worships your gallery *
