Rick couldn't believe he was doing this. And yet, here he was. His family convinced him to enter in the local pageant. The whole time leading up to it was super stressful. Not only was Rick incredibly uncertain the whole time, but his mom was way to into it.

"Oh Rick, I'm so glad you're doing this!" She would say to him. Over and over again. Dress shopping was awkward, practicing was awkward...the whole thing was just awkward!

But the worst part, was the actual day. While applying the finishing touches of his getup, his mom came. "Alright sweety, I think I found a way to guarantee you a win!" Without waiting for his consent, Rick's mother guided his arms behind his back before wrapping them, and his torso for that matter, in rope. Rick meanwhile, and understandably, was furious. His mother, not wanting to hear any of, gagged him.

After some time, each contestant was brought out one at a time. When it was Rick's turn, the crowd went wild. And the judges gave him top marks. But was it enough to win?
