You may be thinking something is wrong with this traffic signal. It has a red light (that flashes) at the bottom where there should be a green light.

Like with my Red, Yellow, Flashing Yellow traffic signal , I'm not making this up. Yes, among our usual Red-Yellow-Green traffic signals are weird but purposeful traffic signals, although trying to find them is like trying to find a needle in a hay-stack! Only I wasn't trying to find these traffic signals, I just happened to run into them! And maybe someday you will!

One more thing: This is also what HAWK pedestrian signals used to look like, the older versions. Of course they had a different functionality sequence than this. ADDED: You can find that right here

If you go back into Street View, not too far south of that intersection are Fire Station Signals. The signal immediately near is a Fire Station Ahead sign with double-flashing yellow lights and near the fire station are signals with single red- single yellow lights, and I might show you how they work one day, at least that's what I'm considering doing.
