my entry for my awesome friend, 's contest!!!

**sorry if it took a while, seems that i wanna use all the time there is before the deadline! XDDDD

**i said before that i'll be drawing lilanie with gis, but because there're a lot of entries with gis on it, i decided to draw yugi diane instead >w< gomen ne ...

**i just realized now that i made yugi d.'s hair so light!! OTL

DUEL!!! that's the theme i had in mind when i draw this * got too inspired after i read Yu-Gi-Oh! R* and since both lilanie and yugi d. are duelists, well... why not? XD

i made it like it's some page of a manga *or something like that X3*

~short story: *durr*
Lilanie loves challenging duelists to get stronger, like what Jou-kun's always doing, and it's a great opportunity for her to duel against the daughter of the Duel King, Yugi Diane... she just wanted to know and to test if Yugi D. inherited the powerful skill that her father has and that because she really misses dueling! *she's damn busy with work and school >.<*

lilanie: so your Atem's daughter, Yugi Diane *smiles* COOL!! i wanna challenge you to a duel then, if you don't mind *excited*.
yugi d.: interesting! i've heard rumors about you.. you're one of the best duelists in Domino City and you even dared to duel against Seto, Jounouchi and Father.. that hair style and earring on your right ear, you're Lilanie Everwood, am i correct?
lilanie: ehh~ you know me? *surprised* yup! i'm Lilanie and since you know me already, i suppose there's no problem now.
yugi d.: well then, let's start!
lilanie: sure! but i'll give you a warning now... i won't hold back even if you're younger than me *smirks*
yugi d.: i know you won't! *smiles* i wanna test your skill, too.. to see if the rumors are true.
lilanie: don't worry, i'll see to it that you'll experience those rumors firsthand in our duel! YOSH! IKIMASHOU!!!

both: DUEL!!!

hmm... for the timeline... i don't know when this duel occurred (maybe yugi d. had some kind of a time warp or lilanie just didn't change her hairstyle after a long time )
