A Sort of remaster of my old Fallout theme, which in turn was based off the old Fallout theme for Microsoft Windows 98. Consider this A Improvement since it adds the changed icons, cursor, and sounds which my first port of the original didn't. It uses the original color scheme from the official win98 release for the most part, but I did change the HotTrackingColor and MenuHilight color codes to better fit the the rest of the aesthetic. I added custom colors to the active title gradient and the Inactive Title Gradient, for the very little parts of windows 10 that use them...
