England/Arthur Kirkland in a 15th Century (French) Hunting outfit. I know he'd never wear something that's French, but he wanted to look fashionable--right? And fashion catches on--thus the English wanting to look fashionable. (I also couldn't find anything else.)I used a ref but I can't find it again. D:
