I wanted her to be underwater, but I also wanted a shining sky. I didn't want to make it all blue and lose most of her true colours. So, here it is! XD

Urrmm did you sketch is out first and colour on photoshop or was it all photoshop based?

i'm using an intuos3. i'd recommend an inexpensive tablet to start with, such as wacom bamboo fun.

Yeah i was looking at those becuase that what my brothers have, i at the moment have a really old trust tablet but its awful :L
How different is the intuos from wacom? Is there that much of a drastic difference?

the wacom intuos3 or intuos4 has more levels of pressure sensitivity. i have not used a bamboo fun myself. also, it is much more expensive compared to the bamboo. intuos or cintiq are better suited for professionals whereas bamboo is for hobbyists.
