"YOU CAN'T HAVE A JOKE WITHOUT THE ★PUCHLINE!★"Heyo, this is an Fan Character of mine! He's a DC villain, more specifically the left-hand man of the Joker. He's supposed to be kind of like Harley, but better ghj. Not that I don't love Harley, I just wanted my own jester villain hehe.
I'm working on another drawing with him where he's out of makeup. I might link it here once I post it!
He also has a whole backstory sO, I might write that up later in a journal.
(SIDENOTE: He's more so based in the TellTale cannon of Batman.)
