Okay so I've been around BBHQ a few times and I saw this building so i figured "Why not put my fan cog boss the COO in front of it and be in charge of the security?" and then, this.This took more than 3 hours to do -.-

Bio: The Chief Operations Officer or C.O.O is the Leader of the Mechbots they are the second most powerful cog boss and is the younger brother of the C.E.O, they are the cog responsible for the heavy security around the Executive Office Tower and thus must be beaten for the ability to enter. they wear a orange work supervisor uniform and their hands both have flame nozzles on them so they can use their own hands for welding since they have the title of "Chief" they are permitted to enter the Executive Office Tower
