Mask Scara has a slightly expanded upon back story in Powerpuff Panic! now, to give her more substance. I wrote about it a bit in her ref with some of the other canon women in the series, but to make it easier for you, here's a quick run-down. Her real name is Maeve Macabre, and by nature she's a little non-sensical with a taste for the weird and spooky. But back then, she didn't want to be the odd one out, and changed herself altogether to get into the trashy look that was so popular at the time. She grew in fame and people recognized her as the spearhead of fashion in their era. But as the scene moved on, she was left out again, feeling like it was all for naught. After having a breakdown she became mask Scara, forcing the trashy look once again onto people to put them through what she had. But now, she focuses more on trashing aspects of beauty altogether. For example, if she steals art, she's either gonna deface it... or destroy it.
