Description
Blank frames is now available!I felt like messing around with Vex, my predator character, by drawing him as other alien creatures/races.
Mostly cause he really hates it. 
Which is probably why he is not looking too happy in most of these.

Alien (Xenomorphs) from Aliens.
He had to be a predalien, thought it is not the original form for the alien race it is what he would look like if he was one.
Predator (Yaut'ja) from Predator.
Yes, his normal form, easy enough for me to make.
Turians from Mass Effect.
This was probably the sexiest but hardest to do. After about 50-60 misses I felt forced to use references. But I think it turned out good.
Prawn (Poleepkwas) from District 9.
Were fun to do, and I am glad I finally got to do some art of the Prawns, as I really like the movie.
Elites (Sangheli) from Halo.
Were actually very easy and fun to do.
The Na'vi from Avatar.
WTF a red Na'vi?!
... Yes, I thought of making him blue, but Vex is NOT blue. So that would have made him totally out of character! That's why he is red... sue me if you don't like originality!
Zerg from StarCraft 2.
I was looking back and forth wondering if I was going to draw Vex as a Protos or as a Zerg.
But I chose the Zerg as they remind me a bit of aliens, but are still not a total rip-off.
Now, I know this looks a lot like a meme thought I did not intend to in the start.
I just wanted to make an organize list over the different alien races, and it's easier for me to decide the size of the picture when it's framed.
But that is what made it look like a meme.
Backgrounds were made randomly by my first thought of the character or it's origin.

Yes, angry or irritated is his most standard expression when I draw him.

I suppose I can understand Vex being irritated, but if it were me I'd think it's kinda cool. It's not everyone that gets to shape shift into different types of aliens.
Very nicely done. You did a great job with all the different forms and it was fun to see how Vex would look in each one.
As for the Na'vi being red.....well Vex has always been an unusual color, even as a yautja, so it makes sense he would stay that way even as he changes form.

Nothing wrong with using reference. In fact, I think it's a good thing you did. It helps make sure such things turn out as intended.

I am pretty sure he is happy as he is (as a Yaut'ja).
But I think he'd like to be one of the more elegant specieses, as the Turian or Xenomorph, maybe even a Prawn.

Probably. Those would likely suit him better than the others. Guess I can't blame him for wanting to stay Yaut'ja, though. I probably would too.
