Alright, back to posting progress. Both heads have the same texture, just with different lighting. Ended up with a sort of middle ground between the SC1 and SC2 styles.

I also tried giving it red eyes and the face in shadow, just to see if it would be like the SC1 portrait, but it doesn't work well in the blue-glowing context of the rest of my Unity environment. And my HT has a very vertical posture as opposed to the hunched-over SC1 look anyway.
