Here's a small tutorial on how to make paper stars (the ones i use in photos
)SORRY FOR THE TYPOS!
If you have any question don't hesitate to ask me
All you need is some color paper(but white paper works just as fine for the first few stars which are going to be, let's face it, disasters
)BTW - they say that if u make 1000 stars you can make a wish and it'll come true... well good luck...i still got 950to go
*some say 100 are enough .. but i dunno

maybe you're not holding it by the edges and you're just flattening it's "belly" ( that should sound dumb

do you cut your paper strips with regular scissors?

and they're not always straight, those are the nice ones

i've made like 500,though i use them more as a diary rather than a wishy thing XP i usualy put little secrets,random thoughts...50 percent of it will say "I'm bored" XD

maybe it doesn't inflate cause you're holding it from the middle? try holding it only by the edges
