You might bring the toes up on either the right or left side of that rear foot to look as though he's placing weight there and the foot is placed on a rock or some similar object. The knee should also come down, to accept the weight, or the heel of the other rear leg point out a little more, just to show weight distribution.
I like the colors, here--they're unusual, and the wings are absolutely gorgeous. Nice to see this.
