Description

Waggle is a Ninja Frog Scout of Squad 623. While not the most commonsensical of his teammates, his brimming passion, unyielding determination, and can-do attitude ensure any mission's success. Waggle aims to be a great frog ninja and hones his skills on his adventures with Tate.

Personality
Waggle is exuberant, boisterous, active, and eager to take action. He's quick to jump into a situation and takes on any challenge with unwavering confidence. He tends to be very flippant at times but not dim-witted or stupid. Waggle is frequently trying to improve himself and never once doubts his abilities. His self-belief makes it difficult for anyone to destroy his determination.

Waggle carries a strong sense of determination. He will not rest until he reaches a goal, which stuns even his teammates. His inability to accept defeat only pushes him to overcome an obstacle. Waggle doesn't believe anything is impossible and tackles anything with fierce tenacity and stubbornness.

Background
Waggle was a rookie student at the Ninja Frog Scout School in the Rainforest Region of Solstice Grounds. At the same time, one of the school's more average students, his determination and ability to improve were enough to ensure his graduation and become a Frog Ninja. He was assigned to Squad 623 alongside Gurgle and Splotch, led by Elite Frog Ninja Macule.

While on a mission, Waggle goes off on his own, with his teammates trying to catch up to him. He witnesses Tate and his friends on a mission before quickly deciding to help them. Waggle's efforts pay off when his teammates help Tate defeat Cortex, earning Tate's friendship.

Abilities
While not among the best/worst students, Waggle's ability to rapidly improve has earned respect from a few of his teachers. He excels at mid-range combat and outsmarts his enemies with confusing and unpredictable movements.

Waggle's Frog Ninjutsu focuses on his poison. He can project poison darts that eat away at an enemy's stamina. Waggle's poison can form bubbles or nets that trap and immobilize foes, making escaping hard. He can make clones with his poison and overwhelm enemies effectively.
