"Four Strawberry with sprinkles, four Boston Cremés, and four Maple Glaze please!" Kodai called over the speaker. It was a little before classes and the Extra Soft Soldier decided to indulge himself with a dozen or so donuts from his favorite bakery. His stomach growled loudly in anticipation, like a child anxiously waiting for his Christmas present.

"Jeez kid, is that all?" the attendant asked in response. Kodai paused to think.

"I see your point," he started after a brief moment. "Better add four Frosted Funfetti Birthday with sprinkles. And this is all to go!" With a hesitant confirmation, and a slight grimace that Kodai didn't pick up, his order began processing. Indeed, that was quite a bit for a boy of Kodai's age, but then again Kodai wasn't like much boys his age. He had a ridiculous appetite that hard to keep up with that was only matched with his metabolism. With an appetite like his, one would think he would either A) end up a much bigger blimp than he already was or B) be a ticking time bomb of heart disease, high cholesterol, and diabetes. And yet he wasn't. All he had to show for his gluttonous lifestyle was about 150 extra pounds that shouldn't be on a boy his age and an ever shrinking wardrobe. To say he was abnormal in more ways than one would be an understatement.

Kodai paid all of this no mind, though. Especially since he could, theoretically, eat whatever he wanted with the only consequence being a little extra junk in the trunk. Though as he munched his way through his box of donuts and a sliver of belly started to show, he couldn't help but wonder in the back of his mind if he was expanding faster than he thought...
