This is Amethynia, the bird of darkness. I know, he looks a lot like Lugia from Pokemon. In fact, he was origianlly a Pokemon (aka the foil to Arceus). His special power was to bite normal Pokemon and they'd go shadow in seconds. In other words, he's the devil of all Pokemon!
