For my suggesting Kodai, I think it's time you should go onto the diet program and to go on long walks. You should let your father know about this so he can maybe give you a hand. You never knew until you give it a try and one more thing to add...no more eating junk food for a couple of weeks so it'll help you to start to eat the good food like vegetables, fruit, fish or anything else part of the healthy foods in the food triangle catalog.
