Character is part of my Accustomed Fear stories.

They are from a tv show that teaches children how to behave in the workers city that Sahir lives in. The kids show takes place in a underground train station and taught children how to ride the train properly, how to treat their Other overlords and how to keep safe when dealing with monsters that would sneak into the human places to steal them. This clown character was never named and was always shown getting hurt or got to play the bad parts. though usaly if a creature did get on set with the kids and take a child, they would still film it and use it as learning material.

There are no children left in the workers city where Sahir lives at the beginning of her story.
