5/3/2012: This is old, I need to update it but I'm afraid I have no motivation to re-draw this. YEY I needed this~ The tips for guys you gave are extremely helpful! Like about the straight lines and thicker neck.
I didn't know you started with the head...I've been starting with the eyes o.o which I guess is backwards.

I'm glad you think so! <33 Hm well, to me, the face is the most important aspect so I usually draw the head then body then feet and hands, then hair, then the face. =u=;; But I suppose it could work either direction! <33 NONO, it's not backwards at all. Just another method~ :'D
R-really?! I always thought that if I taught art, I'd have a room full of supplies and people can come in and bring music and some food and they can do whatever they want and go outside. As long as they're responsible, I don't care what they do as long as they're working and having fun. ;u; And I suppose I should stop some time and give some lessons too.. o u o; LOL. ♥

I used to use the shapes for drawing way back when but I stopped >< I probably should do that again, to get my anatomy right... I always draw heads too big!

This is really helpfull!
I always drew a triangle on the hip, and a small space for between the legs, but the way you do Is easier
and the balls are really helpfull, because my elbows and knees always ends up being to..small xD
