It's sad that you would spend that much time coming up with crazy insults just to get some attention.
Why don't you just comit suicide and get it over with? Then you'll finally have all the pathetic attention that your heartless and brainless being needs.

Okay..... telling someone to off themself is completely and utterly un-cool and totally negates your argument, much like godwins law in reference to nazis.
1. you've just sunk to her level.
2. theres always that outside slim chance that your suggestion is taken. is that smething you could live with? thats another human LIFE.
i'm going to imagine you didnt REALLY mean for her to act on your suicide suggestion, you seem nice enough.

True it is uncool. But that was a sheer act of stupidity and rage on my part. Yes I am a nice person (Not trying to sound self absorbed), I was merely just so upset by all the comments she had left that I acted on impulse, so forgive me.
1. True I did sink to her level for a moment, but she did get a taste of her own medicine. Though that does not excuse my actions.
2. I've met people like her, so I can almost gurantee that she won't. And this will sound mean, but I could live with it. How? I turned to God and pray for him to help me get through it. That may sound preachy and way too religious, but that's how I'd do it.
So I apologize to you if I offended you. Again, it was a comment made on impulse and annoyance with her and her disgusting comments.
Thank you for the compliment. I am essentially a nice person.

Hows that hole feel where your soul and common decency should be?

Sorry kid, i'm not playing along.
and besides, i never actually claimed to be able to prove the existence of a soul, much less where it resides in ones body.
and for that matter, you cant prove the lack of a soul.

theres a few great dictionary sites on the net that could help you understand the subtle difference between a strawman argument and an easily accessible fact (provided graciously by your journal).
and how can i be shifting the burden of proof, when i never claimed to have said proof in the first place.
i'd be glad to debate you, as soon as you decide to play like a grown up and
A.) stop typing in all caps.
B.) argue and back up your points in complete sentences.
until then, you're just another immature junior high level kid on a website jumping up and down for any and all attention.

"
"until then, you're just another immature junior high level kid on a website jumping up and down for any and all attention."
THIS IS ANOTHER CLAIM WHICH NEEDS PROOF."
and its one you keep proving with each response.
the simple belief i have that there is a soul, does not imply a claim that i know where it resides. and when you keep saying i'm shifting the burden of proof, youre doing quite the same, since if you did have proof of a souls non-existence, you would have provided it by now.

See, heres where you (most likely unknowingly) get into some assumptive grey area. i would imagine, she has a real job, and does cosplay for fun, and shares it with whoever may happen to appreciate what she does. At no one point does she hold a gun to your head and say you must bow down and kiss her cosplaying ass. And yet, you still find a way to take issue with her. (when, at the very least, she does what she does well, unlike the 95% of cosplayers on the planet. this all besides the point that deviantart is a place to show off what one does artistically. THATS THE POINT of this site). She obviously spent countless, painstaking hours constructing that metroid suit to scale, and what did you do? you copied someone elses art too. in beads. repeatedly. wow. you totally trapped her in a "your art sucks" web of logical deduction. 5 points to Slytherin.
So that leads me to the conclusion that you're most likely an insecure shadow of a human being that feels the need rip apart people anonymously on the internet. which hey, if thats all you need in life, awesome. As long as you're aware that the world then regards you as yet another failure of humanity. i would hope that at some point, you steer yourself off of this slippery slope of vapid vitriol that you've started upon.
and to make racist remarks and horrific AIDS references only further convinces all who may happen upon your words of your blatant lack of self esteem/worth. and cause them to fail to see any pseudo-feminist, contrived, over used message you may be trying to convey. Not to mention the effects your words may have on someone who has lost a loved one to a horrible disease such as AIDS. Is that a pain you know? or can i just go ahead and equate you with the legions of misguided and self loathing trailer-trash in the ku klux klan?
In all sincerety, i pity you. and especially your parents, who i would like to believe, tried their best to raise you as a compassionate respectable human being.
Way to live up to any expectations they and the rest of us may have had.
Go ahead and look through my gallery and send your reply about how my "photography sucks, and blah blah blah whatever, i dont care, i'll say what i want"
Do it. prove me right.

Okay, that was an excellent, well thought out rebuttal, and she got exactly what she deserved. But I have to say the '5 points to Slytherin' quote was what entertained me the most. Excellent arguing, way to stand up for our ideological rights. And how dare she say anything about feminism! So because I take pictures of myself in a cool outfit every now and then, I'm an attention whore? she can suck it!

thank you. i wish more people took it upon themselves to spit back when people like her spit at them. but hey, i dont mind doing it for them.
she did win her self a perma-ban from the good folks here at dev-art. it happened shortly after my novel up there and she posted a blog that was all "boo-hoo poor me" and said how she wasnt going to respond (to people like me that call her out on her b.s) even though thats exactly what she was doing in writing it. i was hoping she'd go another round or two with me, but she copped out with a lame journal, and then became the proud owner of a permanent ban. oh well.
and i have this nagging suspicion that she only half believes whatever she says about feminism. she accidently stumbled on half of a good point, but i'm sure her real intentions laid more in the land of "any attention, is good attention."
btw, i really like your signature. and you should start posting more deviations.

And double shoot! I wrote a bit of a novel myself to her, and now she won't get to see it! You should definetly go read it, it's in the middle of the page.

And her point would have been good...if Yukilefay was actually objectifying herself. I've taken some womens studies classes and read a few books...that bitch didn't know what the hell she was talking about...she is what I like to call a pseudo-feminist.

She thought she knew what she was saying by spouting overdone, self-serving crap that ultra left-wing-wannabes spout at every woman that doesn't conform to their idea of feminism. Feminism is about equality. Equality is about being who you are, and being on the same level as everyone else. If Yukilefay was a man who showed exatcly the same amount of skin, GamerGrrlz probably wouldn't have said a word. If anything, she's the sexist.
Sorry to get all ranty on you there. Major bummer that stuff got hidden, I was quite proud of that argument. Yukilefay favorited me, so she must have liked it, at least.

Kawa-Misuterii In reply to Six-Of-Hearts [2009-03-28 04:02:18 +0000 UTC]
Oh no, don't get the wrong idea, being a left-wing liberal is NOT a bad thing...I'd be slandering myself if I said that...but when you're ultra anything, you tend to think you're the only one who's right, and to not accept anyone else's opinions, which is just wrong for any point of view. They'll look at a smart, successful conservative women and they'll still condemn them for believing in certain morals or values that might not nessescarily support the feminist movement, like being pro-life or choosing to stay at home with their families. Now, the stay at home mom thing is frowned upon by feminists because that's pretty much what women have been doing for the past millenia, and it is seen as demeaning. But the truth is feminism isn't about putting men in their place or women devoted totally to their careers and looking down on family women (not that there's is anything wrong with focusing on your career, of course) It's giving women the exact same amount of freedom, respect, and choices as men. If a women wants to dress sexy and focus on her career and her life, that's great! If she wants to be conservative in both the fashion and the political sense, and focus on family inwardly, that's good too! Their both progressive women becuse they choose that for themselves, with no social pressure for anything but their own pursuit of happiness. There is no need to look down on the stay at home mother for staying traditional.
Uh...once again, I got a little carried away. But do you understand what I'm saying?

Kawa-Misuterii In reply to Six-Of-Hearts [2009-04-01 22:25:34 +0000 UTC]
ah, but you see, you can't restrict them too much. No matter what I say against them, as long as they're not threatening anybody, I would never restrict their freedom of speech. I'm sure you've realized that most hateful people don't seem to be the brightest. But just because they're ignorant doesn't mean they don't deserve the chance to spew their thought vomit. And besides, what fun would people like us have if their weren't those who seemed to think their almighty morals are inconquerable? I know I immensely enjoy internet arguments, no matter who thinks it's pathetic.
I was actually surprised a little while ago. There was this really morbid, disgusting but brilliantly written poem by a man whose devinatart name was skinhead. Here I was about to lament the waste of talent on a racist redneck, but when I (curiously, not accusingly) asked about it, I find out that he's British, and skinheads there are actually an underground workers union (I know, sounds like a scam, but I checked it out, it's legit) and that he was just a normal guy who writes really distrubing poetry (I dig the weird stuff) So now we're buddies and we talk every time we post something new. And I've made a rather odd discovery about people with controversial ideals...they're in the same position that a lot of social norms were in once. Now I'm not saying racism is the future, or that we should let neo-nazi's run the newspapers, but at one point feminists were persecuted as witches, and even believeing in a different religion was cause enough for execution. Now, again, I'm not saying we should condone hatred. But there's pretty much nothing we can do about their beliefs, and it would be hypocritical for us to try and suppress their opinions. We can only argue back and prove them wrong and ignorant. You get what I'm saying?
