While I do not know anything of poser I will try to critique this as best I can.
First off the sheer realism of this image is mind blowing, I have seen very few 3D works that look this real.
The composition is very well done, the low angle really adds to the nice giantess effect of the image. And it was a great choice to have the woman's eyes focused on the viewer, once again making you feel very small, or her seeming very big. The way she is sitting and they way you have framed this has been very effective in drawing the viewers eyes around the image. Personally my eyes are drawn instantly to her face/torso in the top left, the telephone pole keeps my gaze there for a few moments until I eventually follow the diagonal line down to her leg which draws me all the way to the bottom right. I am kept interested by the old broken down building which slowly leads me back to where I started.
The image has lots going on but does not seem cluttered. I love the depth you get with the objects in the foreground, and you get a nice view of the woman having a more open background near her head.
I can offer a few tips that might take this picture even further composition wise. I sort of wish the telephone wire that crosses through the top of her shoulder was a little higher so it would bracket it even more. You could move this slightly to the right to do that, or maybe even go for an even lower angle. In fact at a lower angle you would bracket her very very nicely with the telephone pole and wires, not that it isn't good as it is. I just feel like it might be a little stronger.
But I have very little room to be critical here, this is an awesome shot, and I love how you really use perspective to get the full sense of her size. Great work my friend.

This is absolutely incredible! The lighting looks so natural. The details are phenomenal! I see multiple different boards in the pallet in the foreground. The wrinkles in the trash bags look real. The wrinkles in her cloth coverings do too, for that matter. The contrast between her sexy pose and the fact that it appears she's modest enough to have fashioned herself some clothing from some tarp material is brilliant!
This is the first piece of yours I've found, but I will definitely be checking out your other work. If you've posted a tutorial for how you do what you do, please let me know. I'd enjoy seeing what kind of work goes in to making something like this.

Excellent giantess, I like that her clothes seem to be made out of some kind of tarpaulin.

First thought: I wonder how much she had to pay for that tattoo! (Did he charge by the yard, or the amount of time to complete?)
Also, I don't know why but the Do Not Enter sign is backwards.

I'm not experienced enough to critique so I'll just tell you that I love this piece. You have some of my favorite renders.
