GC is my favourite character in the cartoon Blaster´s Universe which is a educative TV show from the end of the 90 which airs in TV Futura (Brazil). She is the main reason for watching the show and she have the same voice actress as Yumi here (Iara Riça). The pic doesn´t show but she have a blue skin.*GC by Nevada Animation (I think).
