brushes are fabulous! I followed the tutorial to about 805 then I lost myself and just goofed around. I need more practice, though I can only work with Gimp or sai on this computer...which both are programs I'm not used to, especially gimp...the setup confuses me...and also I havn't done anything digital for about a year or so (though I want to but my wacom pen is not working correctly 
ANYHOOO...as I said, fab brushes and awesome tutorial...looking forward to next part!

I like your technique. I usually like to use the smudge tool at 80-90% and brush 17 in wet media brushes in photoshop for a nice water-coloury looking blend. also using clipping masks and adding chips of light on the rim for sunset coulds is a good technique.
