The Web es un equipo de arácnidos que fueron agrupados por necesidad y son protectores de distintas ciudades y partes de Nueva York. El equipo, forjado en nombre de May y Benjamin Parker, personas que les dieron propósitos a cada uno de los integrantes, presentan a la siguiente agrupación:
Peter Parker (Spider-Man): El arácnido preferido y el primero en usar el nombre. Peter actualmente es parte de los Cuatro Fantásticos y actúa como un héroe de alta gama, pero que de vez en cuando se escabulle a las calles para ayudar a los inocentes
con el traje que los Cuatro Fantásticos le dieron cuando Johnny Storm murió.
Miles Morales (Spider-Prowl): Heredero del legado de Spider-Man y Prowler, Miles utiliza el traje del arácnido y los colores de su tío Aaron Davis para ser un combo entre los dos vigilantes y redimir el nombre de Prowler mientras que rinde honor al nombre Spider-Man.
Gwen Stacy (Ghost-Spider): Un clon de Gwen Stacy trae a la vida a la joven rubia con habilidades arácnidas en un intento de crear clones para Spider-Man. Gwen tiene los poderes arácnidos de Spider-Man y un gen mutante que le permite atravesar los muros como un fantasma. Esta Gwen es más rebelde y peleadora que la original que era como un rayo de sol, admitiendo que es un clon y aborreciendo lo que es.
Edward Brock (Venom): Edward Brock, el elegido del simbionte Venom y el vigilante preferido de San Francisco vuelve a la Tierra luego de estar perdido en el espacio peleando una guerra contra los de su especie. Eddie tendrá que adaptarse de nuevo a las costumbres humanas y ahora ser parte de una unidad de trepamuros, así redimiendo su nombre de criminal ahora como un héroe.
Kaine (Scarlet Spider): Luego de volver de la oscuridad y de los lados más oscuros del mundo, Kaine vuelve a las calles de Nueva York con mayor experiencia y con más cicatrices de una guerra que estuvo luchando él solo. El manto de Scarlet Spider sigue estando en el limbo y él lo va a recuperar, cueste lo que cueste.

The Web is a team of arachnids that were grouped together by necessity and are protectors of different cities and parts of New York. The team, forged on behalf of May and Benjamin Parker, people who gave purposes to each of the members, present the following group:
Peter Parker (Spider-Man): The best arachnid and the first to use the name. Peter is currently part of the Fantastic Four and acts like a high-end hero, but he occasionally sneaks out into the streets to help the innocent using the suit the Fantastic Four gave him when Johnny Storm died.
Miles Morales (Spider-Prowl): Heir to the legacy of Spider-Man and Prowler, Miles uses the arachnid suit and the colors of his uncle Aaron Davis to be a combo between the two vigilantes and redeem Prowler's name while honoring the name of Spider-Man.
Gwen Stacy (Ghost-Spider): Clone of Gwen Stacy brings the young blonde with spider-like abilities to life in an attempt to create clones for Spider-Man. Gwen has the arachnid powers of Spider-Man and a mutant gene that allows her to walk through walls like a ghost. This Gwen is more rebellious and feisty than the original who was like a ray of sunshine, admitting that she is a clone and hating what she is.
Edward Brock (Venom): Edward Brock, the chosen one of the Venom symbiote and San Francisco's favorite vigilante returns to Earth after being lost in space fighting a war against his kind. Eddie will have to adapt again to human customs and now be part of a wall-crawling unit, thus redeeming his criminal name now as a hero.
Kaine (Scarlet Spider): After returning from the darkness and the darkest sides of the world, Kaine returns to the streets of New York with more experience and more scars from a war he was fighting alone. Scarlet Spider's mantle is still in limbo and he's going to get it back, whatever the cost.
