So in Recettear, combos are very important. You get combos from doing perfectly on sales, like having what someone wants, and getting them to buy that item without having to haggle them. Combos are important because the higher your combo, the more points you get for you Merchant level. And the higher your merchant level, the more stuff you get to do...

So here is the thing.
2 characters in this are there for I SWEAR ONLY to break combos. Those two being the Little Girl, and Eurial. The little girl has the lowest budget in the game, so if you want her to buy anything, you have to haggle VERY small. That and this might just be MY luck with her, but EVERY time she ask for a certain item, it is ALWAYS the 1 item i DONT have. Its pretty great.~

Eurial on the other hand is literally nicknamed, "Combo Breaker"
All she does is go to your store, and ask you to buy an EXTREMELY overpriced item. Thats it. You can almost NEVER buy it and there is pretty much absolutely NO REASON to buy it.

Now this may sound like a rant... (Okay it is slightly.) But in all honesty, its because of these characters that i have had some of the most hilariously painful experiences in a while.
